Abah meninggal pada 22 Nov 1990. masa cuti penggal kedua (masa tu cuti panjang bulan 11). Abah aku tak sempat lihat aku masuk peralihan Maktab Mahmud pada bulan 12. Abah meninggal sakit kencing manis dan darah tinggi. Lama dah dia menderita sakit tu...meninggal umur 40 tahun. Masa tu aku baru berumur 12 tahun, am 16 tahun, cik 8 tahun dan huda baru 6 tahun. Mak aku masa tu berumur 38 tahun.
Lepas abah meninggal, mak aku bersusah payah membesarkan anak-anaknya...kesian kat mak aku...ntah berapa gelang, rantai terpaksa gadai untuk bela anak2...Alhamdulillah anak-anaknya kini boleh dikatakan agak berjaya dalam bidang masing-masing berkat doa mak...Semoga segala usaha mak aku selama ini dibalas dengan Syurga Allah... Insya Allah..
Semoga juga roh abah aku ditempatkan dikalangan orang-orang yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Allah SWT. AMIN...!!!
